Montreal, July 21, 2006: Sulliden Exploration Inc. (“Sulliden”) is pleased to announce that, through its wholly-owned Peruvian subsidiary Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C., has been informed by the Company’s lawyers in Lima, Peru, that the Arbitration Tribunal has delivered its decision regarding the transfer contract of the Shahuindo property.
We are advised by our lawyers that the decision is favourable to Sulliden. The decision is in excess of 200 pages and is in Spanish. Our lawyers are reviewing this decision to ascertain the implications for the Company. We are awaiting on a certified legal translation of this decision and will be reviewing and considering the impact on the Company following which will be issued a press release providing a detailed analysis of the decision and the implications for the Company.
